We will not be processing any applications during the current COVID-19 crisis.
We will start processing applications again when the government confirms that large gatherings are permitted.
The David Chilcott Fund is a registered charity. Its purpose is to provide grants to help young people attend Christian holidays, courses and conferences, which they would otherwise not be able to afford, by contributing financially to their costs.
Each year the Fund enables hundreds of young people to attend Christian holidays, with grants totalling in excess of £20,000.
Julia, one of our Trustees, and her husband Simon will this month walk 450 km in 3 weeks along the Southern Upland Way and St Cuthbert’s way and have set the Target of collecting £3,750 – enough for 50 grants in 2020. Donations can be made via Give.Net (see the link on this page). You can follow Julia and Simon on Facebook. Do please encourage others to sponsor them.
We would not be able to do this without the support and donations of individuals, Churches and organisations. To contribute to the fund please see 'Ways to give' (above).
